Ghosts Brew Returns & Terms Policy

Thank you for choosing Ghosts Brew! We’re thrilled to craft your custom coffee gear and print-on-demand goodies—one brew (and print) at a time. To keep everything transparent (and the landfills a little less haunted), here’s the low-down on how our returns and terms work.


1. Order Processing & Print-On-Demand

  • Made Just for You: Every Ghosts Brew item—including our specialty coffees and merch—is printed (or packaged) only after you place your order.
  • Why On-Demand? This approach keeps unsold stock out of landfills and ensures fresher coffee (and merch!) arrives at your door.
  • Double-Check Please: Since we don’t hold inventory, once your order’s in, we’re brewing/printing immediately—so give those selections a quick once-over before confirming.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Secure Checkout: We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
  • Final Sale: All prices are in USD, and payment is collected when you place your order. No additional charges will surprise you at delivery.

3. Cancellations

  • Quick Changes: Need to cancel? Shoot us an email at support@ghostsbrew.com within 24 hours of ordering. After that, the caffeine (and ink) flow starts and we can’t stop the presses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged or Wrong Item:
    • If something arrives broken, dented, or it’s just not what you ordered, we’ve got your back.
    • What to Do: Email us within 5 days of delivery at support@ghostsbrew.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
    • Resolution: We’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Changed Your Mind?
    • Because each item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for “just because.”
    • No hard feelings—just greener landfills!

5. Shipping Estimates

  • Printify Partners: We work with Printify’s global network, so shipping times vary by product and location.
  • Typical Timeline: Expect 5–10 business days total from order to doorstep (that’s print time + transit).

6. Liability & Legal Stuff

  • No Extra Warranties: We stand by our quality, but beyond damaged or incorrect orders, all sales are final.
