Thank you for shopping with Ghosts Brew. We want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible, and we also want you to understand how our Print on Demand shipping process works.

Our coffee may have a ghostly brew twist, but our shipping information is made to be clear, honest, and easy to follow.

Where Our Products Ship From

All Ghosts Brew products are shipped from within the United States.

Processing and Printing Time

Ghosts Brew is a Print on Demand store. This means your product is not printed until after you place your order.

Processing and printing your order can take approximately 1 to 4 business days before it ships. The exact timing may depend on the time of year, the season, order volume, and printer workload.

Please keep in mind that holidays and busy shopping seasons can take longer than the rest of the year. This includes holidays such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

During these busier times, our printing partners may need extra time to get all orders printed, checked, packed, and ready to ship.

Shipping Time After Your Order Ships

Once your order has shipped, delivery can usually take approximately 1 to 4 business days, depending on the shipping method, destination, carrier timing, and any delays outside of our control.

Most orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

Once your order has shipped, Ghosts Brew and our printing partners do not control how quickly the shipping carrier delivers the package.

Standard Shipping and Express Shipping

If you choose Standard Shipping, your order will usually take a bit longer to arrive than it would with Express Shipping.

Please note that Express Shipping only applies to the shipping method itself. It does not speed up the processing or printing time before your order ships.

In other words, your order still needs to be printed and prepared first. The faster shipping option begins after the package has been shipped.

Please Review Your Order Carefully

Before placing your order, please make sure you are selecting the correct size, color, style, design, product type, and shipping address.

Because our products are printed on demand, we do not offer refunds, returns, size exchanges, or cancellations. Please read our Return Policy page before ordering so you understand our policies and can double-check your order details.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

If you receive a damaged product, please take clear photos immediately.

If the outside packaging is damaged too, please do not throw it away. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging as well. These pictures are required so we can review the issue, help get your replacement order handled, and hold the shipping carrier responsible for the damage when applicable.

Please take photos showing:

  • The damaged product
  • The outside packaging, if it arrived damaged
  • Any shipping label or package details that help identify the shipment
  • Any other clear images that show the issue with your order

How to Report a Shipping or Damage Issue

If your order arrives damaged or there is another issue with your shipment, please go to our Return Policy page, scroll to the bottom, and complete the short contact form.

Please include your order number and explain exactly what happened.

You can send damage photos and additional order details to

  • Your shipping address
  • Your order number
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or problem
