Thank you for shopping with Ghosts Brew. We are truly happy you are here, and we want you to understand how our return policy works before placing an order.

Ghosts Brew is a Print on Demand store. That means your item is not printed until after you place your order. Each product is made specifically for you, with the design, size, color, and product style you selected at checkout.

Our products may have a ghostly brew vibe, but our policies are meant to be clear, honest, and easy to understand.

No Refunds or Size Exchanges

Because each order is printed on demand, we do not offer refunds, returns, or size exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. This includes checking the product, size, color, design, shipping address, and all order details.

If you receive the size you ordered, but it does not fit the way you expected, we cannot accept a return, offer a refund, or provide a size exchange.

When We Will Make It Right

If there is an error with your order, we will take care of it. This includes situations where you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • A size different from the size you ordered
  • The wrong color
  • The wrong design
  • A product that arrives damaged due to shipping damage

If any of these issues happen, please contact us through the Contact Form below and include your order number along with a clear explanation of the issue.

Damaged Packages and Products

If your package arrives damaged on the outside and the damage also affected your product, please do not throw away the packaging.

To help us fix the issue for you, please take clear photos of:

  • The outside packaging showing the damage
  • The damaged product
  • Any other photos that clearly show the issue with your order

Email those photos to support@ghostsbrew.com and include your order number and a description of what happened.

No Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations.

As soon as you place your order, it is sent directly to our outside printing partners. Your order is then placed into a large production queue to be printed. Once it is in that queue, our printers cannot remove it or cancel it.

For this reason, please make sure all order details are correct before placing your order.

Why We Use Print on Demand

Print on Demand helps keep unsold products out of landfills because items are only made after they are ordered. It also helps us keep prices lower because we do not have to stock large amounts of inventory in every size, color, and product type.

Your design is not sitting around on a shelf in a warehouse waiting to sell. It is freshly printed after you place your order.

This is good for the planet, good for our customers, and good for us as a small creative business.

  • Your name and email address used at checkout
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Photos, if the item or packaging arrived damaged
